Battery problem

I have purchased nokia n70 11 months back.within a month of purchasing, mobile battery started getting discharged freequently.i contacted nokia care 7-8 times, every time they returned the mobile saying it has been repaired, and though mobile comes in warrenty period they charged me 550 rs saying that the parts of mobile are out of warrenty. Also they provide new reasoncodes for battery back up problem each time . i request all not to buy nokia phones as the service at nokia is really worst and customer care people are extremely rude.
