Handset hacked by othe

Dear sir,

i have bought my nokia N70 in june'06. but now my set is totally hacked by the hacker, means someone dialing from my phone and my balance decreasing n he is doing vulgar msg to my reltives &others. it is happened to my AIRTEL sim. plz give me the solution.should i change the software of the my nokia N70 or throw it?
