My mobile is hacked

Someboday is using my sim or my cell and sending MMS to the my known clients and friends, using my balance. On 5th i have recharged my card with 375 full talktime and today i found 30 rs balance left.

pl do something. Last two months i am facing same problem. Shall i change my mobile or apply for new sim
