Submitted to Service Centre Not Given Back to Mobile

I have Companits agianst Mr. Maulik Pravinkumar Daxini (Propritor of Mobile Junction). Sub-distributor. and he puchased the mobile R k Enetprise, Raopura, Baroda. I have purchased the mobile N70 From Mobile junction. And he purchased the mobile R K Enterprise. I have Purchased the mobile frm 13.01.2006. After 15 days mobile is hanging up i have submit the mobile junction and he told me they are submit the service centre. than after 20 days he told go to service centre the mobile is submitted. i m not given back to mobile and my Ruppes. I have return my Rs. 15750. I have complaint aginst Mr. Mualik Pravinkumar Daxini, 301 Meghdhanus complex, nr. raj mahal Road, Ph.0265-3012904. I have puchased the mobile by credit card. no is 517637901499 frm icici Bank.
