Darogatoryn attitude of Nokia and their associates

Dear Administrator,

I Arun Kumar Ralhan an entrepreneur would like to put a few facts and agony I and my son have faced because of buying a cell of Nokia N-70 and further I have to visit ur service station Mobile tech Patiala. In steps:

1. Camera of Phone got defective in Mid Nov'07 and my son who is 11th Standard went to service station ie Mobiletech in Mid Nov'07 and cell got deposited and a work sheet was issued to contact after one week.

2. With this a vicious circle started and my son kept on visiting mobile tech service station and kept on asking for help as he was getting humilated overthere and I took it otherwise that as long as the phone is with nokia care he won't be using phone as he is too young to use. Here I was wrong and resulted in failure of my son in 11th standard and now reappearing and distance between my residence and mobiletech Patila is 10 Kms. It may look strange as well it was to me, but I will tell you in next steps.

3. After 15 - 20 visits he got the phone in first week of Feb'08 and again it was defective and can be verified from job sheet no 316434038080214414 dt. 14th Feb'08 and delivered yesterday ie. 10th March 08. Here was the catch which I came get when myself visited your Mobiletech Patiala service station.

4. Because the case was so long pending and second time i got this phone submitted in Mobiletech thr'the seller of this phone ie. Agrani Communications Patiala. So just to check about the status of the phone I called owner of Agrani Communications to MobileTech and he came to help me after shutting off his shop and unluckily he forgot to bring jobsheet. As Mr. Harjinder was contacted he refused to entertain... Here is the point I just tried to intervene in Punjabi Language that Listen Gentelmen (I used common word Tainu Patta huna hai this phone is lying for more then three months with u... just got interupted with a derogatory attitude and language that I am talking to u with word TUSI than Tainu so first mind your language). Now and only then I came to know why my son failed in exams as well a guy of age less than 30 can force a man of 44 yrs age to talk sensibly then handling and understanding the customer. This directly depicts EGO Level of Mr. Harjinder as derogatory attitudes towards visitors of that place. For this I have talked many people and I can put plenty of people in front of you if we come across face to face. Furthe mailing time of this mail can tell you how much this thing is disturbing to me that at 0000 hrs I writing this complaint and not sleeping.

5. If the phone is ok, neither i have checked and nor I want to till i got suitable reply from your end.

6. So finally a small phone has damaged my son's carrier drastically and definitely not lost as his father is alive till date as well i got humilated and why I should not visit consumer court and proceed thr' courts about damages of being a customer to nokia.

7. Finally atlast not least I would like to ask you to do resolve soon, as well just try to understand my stature quoted below. I DO WONDER SUCH A GOOD COMPANY LIKE TO KEEP SUCH TYPE OF ASSOCIATES WITH THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST YOU TO HOLD INDIPENDENT ENQUIRY OF MY WORDS AND IF COMES OU TO BE WRONG WHAT EVER DAMAGES NOKIA CAN ASK FOR I WILL PAY IF I AM WRONG.

8. BE SURE I WILL FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS.
