Dear Sir,

I have a SMART GSM connection from 2 years still I am using this connection. Whenever I Call other local SMRT Phone & other phone it always show a message 'Connection Error' or 'Network Busy' . Sometime will do but Why it so happen always? I want to know why SMART GSM Network is so bed. I have called Customer Care many times but it goes in ven, I never been connected to Customer Care so far.
