Nokia N70
Display problem

We purchase a mobile N70 in the month of 20th April. After one year 21 april the mobile is atomaticaly swicth off. Then we go to Nokia care they told that is out of warranty so it repair on chargable basis. I agree with them and the repair that after one month same problem come and still it is not repair. Please suggest me what can i do and where i will go...
