Warranty issues with nokia

I brought a new Nokia N70 from essar telecoms retail ltd (THE MOBILE STORE), SHOP NO-SF 41,

mgf mETROPOLITAN MALL, gurgaon (HARYANA), India, on 13/11, invoice number HR/01065/00001/0170, I was told that nokia gives warranty for 1 year. My phone started having the problem, so i submitted it to NOKIA CARE for 15 days, after that i got it back and i faced the same problem again within 2 days. I have resubmitted my phone on 30/june again, and its 23/july/08, till the date i have not got any news regarding my phone. I submitted my handset with NOKIA CARE (MICRONAS TELECOM, RAJ PALACE, HUKUM SINGH MARKET, SECTOR-27, NOIDA) UTTAR PRADESH for the second time, job sheet number for my handset is 114434038/080630/17.I am highly dissatisfied with this responce of nokia care, kindly do the needful.
