Lost mobile

Hi,

I lost my Nokia N70 mobile. I had given Police complaint also. But when I went to Nokia care they didn't respond me properly although I provided all the documents, like purchase receipt, police complaint proof etc.

Please help me in this. I went to Koramangala Nokia Care center.
