Nokia N70
Mobile tempered by service center

Hi,

I bought the nokia n70 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off, but now when i gave it to service center in delhi Gol market with Gulati communications they said it also got some network issue .they tempered my phone, saying ur mobile is already tempered.(why they are making such things now. they have checked it before taking also, it was ok.

my warranty period is also about to expired, And then when I went to nokia they are asking for charges 2200 rs...

What should i do!
