My handset Nokia N70 M which's Serial Number is 358080013416508. Only Display problem.

I had given on 15/09 to R.J. Trade Link, Sitabuldi Nagpur (Mr. Rajkumar, 9226702788) for repairing. My Job Sheet Number was 511434038/080915/20. Delivery Date was 15/10. But after somany problems I have received handset on 4/11. This hand set is not mine because it's serial number is 358080012343760 and not in working condition Ex. numbering buttons are not working properly.

My hand set purchased date is 7/11. What can I do now?
