Dear Sir,

I am to bring to your knowledge the unsatisfactory working of my mobile handset N-70M.

I can out going and receive incoming calls but it is not show on display. The display is blank not it is completely dead. In Ist complaint solved my problem by your nokia care Agra the job sheet no. is 243433527/090722/77.

After a day the same condition applied on my mobile so I bring my mobile immidiately at your nokia care Agra on dt 30.07.2007 he gave me job sheet no. 243433527/090730/21 and say that we will sent your mobile to Delhi and will call on your number.

After twelve days a call comes on my mobile and say that your handset has not repaired it has found liquid.

I would like to say that when in Ist complaint was the same condition so he repaired my handset and IInd time he say to me the handset has liquid found. you should knock to me in Ist complaint and you missguide me and this is your fault.
