Sir,

I brought N70 M phone on 28/12/07 and then i have Battry chargring Problem I alrady given for repaire it from you Nokia Care center In Pune Golibar maidan (IBM Bulding) They change the base of charging & chare 450Rs but still Problem Is not sloved 2 nd time they just clean the phone & give it back after that Icome to know My Voice is not heard by Reciver (i think Mike Problem) Privousely it was given for Battry charging Problem Now it is no use. My phone is with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly is not takeing care of the customers. They are Earning money in wrong ways with out customer Satisfaction plz make note of it.
