Inability of Nokia Care t o Repair my Mobile Within The stipulated time

Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone to the Nokia Care in Kolkata, India (Anand & Co.) vide job sheet no. 287434038/080410/22 for repair on 10/04/08 to be returned by 15/04/08. However the phone had some hardware problem, which is apparently seen with many handsets of the same model. My phone could not be repaired due to the unavailablity of the spare parts in kolkata Nokia Care, who are the authorised customer care for Nokia mobile phone in India/. Hence i rtequest you to come to my rescue as there is an unnecessary delay in processing and repair of the above mentioned cell phone.
