Not recieved my hand set for last 3 months

I had purchased a nokia n70 m from one of your prestigious outlets in lucknow, U.P, India. There was some manufacturing defect in that handset and the same was submitted to your service centre M/S Aryans communications Lucknow on 26 th of June vide reciept no. 39 in the name of Priyanka. Till now i have not recieved my handset and even dinnt got any satisfactory answer from the service people.so kindly arrange to provide my handset as early as possible as it is also getting me the loss of warranty period. I believe your service is proving disconnecting people instead of connecting people.

Therefore i would once again request you to deliver my handset as soon as possible in a proper working condition.
