Warranty Cell denied to repai

My cell was in warranty. i submitted it for repair to HCL - nokia care in Sector-2 but after a period of 1 month they returned it back saying they are no more the service provider and the cell could not be repaired and a new service centre has opened. When i went to the new service center they said the warranty has expired a few days ago. So, i want to know is i am on fault for this expiration. i have submitted the cell before the expired date if they will not repair then that is not my fault. The company should be responsible for this. If this complaint is not going to be listened then i will move to consumer court for the issue.
