Not working properly

MY NOKIA CASE REFERENCE NUMBER IS 12362.

I am a customer of nokia mobile phone. Sir, on Thursday 7th may' My nokia mobile set was hanged due to virus. I send it to your Howrah Service centre on 8th May. The officials told me that Monday Call at Morning. Today at 11.30 I call to the service centre about my phone they told me that call at 3 p.m. When I call at 3 p.m. they told me to call after 2 days. And at last after several request to all the Service Executive (personally to Mr. Arvind) I received my mobile after one month i.e. 8th June’2009. When I received my mobile they gave me One month Warrantee for that. But after one day I saw my mobile not charging. Then again I go the Service Station. They solve the problem. But after two days I faced lots of problem. Then I go the Nokia Service centre. And their I saw that My IME Number was changed. My mobile Keypad IC not working, Network IC not working.

Sir, I want to Ask you a question? What type of Service are you provide to the needy customer?
