Nokia N70 Music Edition
Egarding replacement of Battery (Job sheet No.242343506/080218/45 dated 18/02/08)

Sir,

I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased a Nokia N70 Music edition mobile set few months back. I faced some problem with its battery regarding back up, charging etc. so i submitted it to your Nokia Care at BHARATPUR (RAJASTAN) for repalcement under warrenty. but almost after one month there is neither replacement with new one till date nor any satisfactory reply has been given to me.

As i want full vaue of my money & moreover i am facing lot of problem without battery, it is hampering my job baddly.

yu are requested to make the arrangement of replacement of battery with new packed one immediately. Otherwise I will take the way of Consumer Court.
