Nokia N70 Music Edition
Power on problem within warranty period

I bought a Nokia N70 Music Edition of IMEI No. 356294010627346 from Nokia Priorty Dealer, Sivasagar, Assam (Gaurav Communication) on 16th May '07.

On 27 Feb '08 I found that it couldn't be turn on. I took it to the NOKIA CARE, Sivasagar, Assam on the same day. They said that the phone had a virus attack (though I don't have any GPRS). After 2 days when I went there to get my phone back they demanded me Rs 300 for their service (though it was within warranty period).

I again encountered with the same problem on 10th March '08 & so I again took it to the NOKIA CARE, Sivasagar, Assam. They didn't return me till date.

I THINK NOKIA CARE, Sivasagar, Assam DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO WARRANTY HANDSET
