Illigal practices going at Nokia Care

On 17 June, I submitted my N70 M for repair at Mobtech solution, aligarh.(an authorized nokia care).rather than giving any jobsheet he gaves me prechecking slip. After repairing it 5 Days, he tolds me on 5th day, my phone is tempered.it usually his practice, if they make any mischeif with phone ..they told customer phone is tempered. After continuous arguing wid him he gives me jobsheet nd told me your phone will either be repaired or swap... come after 15 days to take the phone... afterr 15 days, when i went there to take my phone ..he always told me come tommorow..whole month is over ..till date i didnt receive my phone as it is not repaired.this care made such such temparement with my phone..which makes my phone irrepairable
