Nokia N70 Music Edition
Not Working Properlly

I puchased My mobile model no N 70 music edition & IMEI no 356294017024729. on October after using few days I found that the mobile have defect (when ever I dial any No than another functions startes like lourdspkeer on, opening of gallery etc.) Same I informed it NOkia Care center and they told me that your set will be checked and same return to me within 48 hours. I deposited my set to custumer care center. After 2 days they returned to me, After one week same problem starts, again I complain to NOKIA care center, they told me that your set will send to head office and set will return to me after 25-30 days.

Since Oct.2007 I used My Mobile hardelly 3 to 4 months remain time my set was in custumer care center.

Still today my set is in NOKIA care center, neither they are repairing my set nor there are returning my set. My Set is under warrenty,
