after repititive complaints to nokia care center, i havent recieve my mobile after 61 days.

everytime i call they say that this time we r sending ur mobile to higher level.

my set has been bounced back nearly 5 times.

i have also sent an notice to the care center

now thet promised me that i will recieve my handset on 29/10.

if this time i dont get my mobile repaired or replaced i am surely going in the court.

if nokia is unable to repair my mobile in 61 days, why r they sure this time?
