Reminder regarding previous complaint on dated 07-11

Sir,

Few days ago I have posted a complaint to you on dated 07-11 and I even i have given my email-id i.e. nksahu_india@yahoo.com but I doesn't any proper reply from your end regarding that.

Complaint is as following kindly give your little bit of attention towards it.

1.Microphone is not working.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The microphone has been stoped working after one month of purchased.

I have purchased it on 07.04.2008 from ANAND ELECTRONICS,

Bus Stand Market, Shaktinagar, Distt- Sonebhadra (U.P). TIN- 09615201343 WEF - 30.05.2001 mobile No. 09415231366 .

After first repairing the condition of the set remain same and he was unable to tackle our problem. His behavior also changed and become rude. We don't know that weather he is an authorized dealer/sub dealer or Agent.

We just want to take some strong actions against him and replace my set as soon as possible. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
