Nokia N-72
NOT DISPLAY

I purchased the handset Model N 72 on 6.1.2008 having IMEI NO.356966015930037. That on 15.11. the display of my handset suddenly went off so I approached Mr. Vishal of nokia care centre. Ferozepur and he retained my handset and assured me that the same will be repaired within 15days and no job cardrecipt of handset was issued to me.when I visited the office of NOKIA CARE after 15days, he disclosed to me that the handset has been sent to Delhi for its repair and the same will be returned to me after another 15days. I again contact him then he has returned the said handset to me without its repair jobcard dt.15.12.08 and told me that company has returned the handset with remarks ‘as liqiuidated damage’as such no warranty is claimed. I asked for issued me any letter from the company but he bluntly refused to give the same to me.
