Dear, sir i bought n72 handset in oct which is under warranty but i am having a problem of handset getting hanged sp i went to nokia care center which is located in R.T nagr banglore insted of upgrading the software they opened it but while opening it get damaged now handset is not accesing the momery card so that i again went to them told my problem now this time they are asking me a service charge of upgrading software and they are telling that its I C get damaged and disply componont is gone but my mobil e is getting on and even i am getting the disply. So i want immadite action for this otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court this is my first and last mail to nokia complaint
