Nokia N72
Unsatisfaction

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that i have used Nokia Handset (Model N72). Since last one month i am facing problem by keypad. the keypad was not working properly so i had sent to this for repairing to nokia care from Gayatri Incorporation, 103-4-5, MZ, Floor, Yeshwant Plaza, Opp. Railway Station, Nr. Chotgwaltoli Police Stgation, INDORE-1 on the date of 20/05 on 15 days back. they had repaired also and charged Rs 450 against this. but still problem is going on and there is no response form nokia care now.they excussing to me that to shortout this problem they will charge 1500 Rs.

so i would like to complaint regarding this.kindly look this matter and take action against Gayatri Incorporation.
