Nokia Care poor customer service

Dear all,

this is to intimate that the Nokia Care service Centre Located at Lower Parel handled by Mr Girish Gangar, is a waste of time.

i had sent my Nokia N72 for repair and for estimate they sd it will take two days and i had to follow up with them every week and it took them 27 days to give the estimate. " the reason provided was parts are not available" And when i spoke to him he was not at all interested and just wanted to defend himself. He just wanted to keep the phone and quit the conversation. i beleive Nokia should keep a track when they give their frenchiseee .. I will never in my life want to deal with nokia care, i will switch to Sony erricson.
