Bluetooth not work hanging problem keypad light etc

Above set was deleivered at NOKIA CARE CENTRE, F-6A, DISTRICT CENTRE, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI-58 on dated 22.8.2009 vide IMEI/ESN No:354533014473187 and promised for deleivery on 24.8.09 . I shocked that after visiting three time, my mobile set still not repaired and each occassion it is promised that my set will be deleivered by the everning, but it does't.

What should I do now?
