Nokia N-72
Didnot work fromDay-1 and Priority Dealer refuses to give replacement

Nokia Priority Dealer " Tirupati Communication, GS Road, Guwahati 781007. Phone: 91-361-2462075, from whom I bought N-72 set at Rs 9300/ didnot work an hour. Next time when I went to handover the set, he Sri Mayank Sureka, says "Nokia never replaces set. It only repairs. Pl go to Nokia Service Centre at B Baruah road and get repaired. So! You have any complaint book! Sorry we donot keep any complaint book. We only sell. Sets may go bad. Even after selling of one hour also we donot give replacement. Brand new set of Nokia N72 goes bad in a hour and the dealer behaves like this. As the set is defective, the dealer is double defective. I find it difficult to digest how NOKIA can behave like this. I will like to donate my new defective set to NIKIA India cahirman. Pl take it back. The money spent on Nokia is NOT WORTH.
