Held up in service

My Mobile Phone-N72 model was out of order and hanging itself after two - three minutes mobile on.

I have already contacted your service centre at "ARCOM", Arora Communications, Yashoda Bhawan, Nai Basti, Bijnor (UP)". Respective centre didn't gave proper response and commented that there is a problem in this phone in unauthorised software loaded. But later he told that, some problem in hardwares.

Time taken by the service centre is from 05/01 to 10/01.

It is ofensive to say that, time taken by the service centre and such type of comment variation not desirable.

It is also to bring your notice that he did misbehave when I gave pressure to him.

Pl. take necessary action and reply soon.
