About worst service given by nokia care

Dear Sir,

As I purchased Nokia N72 nine months back, but there is alwas problem in that. I given the my phone to nokia care at green park new delhi, but my complaints was not resolved. A few days back i again given my phone to same nokia centre to resolve my complaint i.e. vanishing of sceen, same day evening i got amassage that my comlaint was resolved, when I collected my phone, there was a same problem with my phone, i was very disappointed by nokia care taht worst service given to me. plz solve my promlem or give me fresh phone as it is in garranty period.
