The service provided by Nokia Care is pathetic. It's totally out of shape and there service is far far below the expectations. I bought my earlier set 7610 one years back but immediately same started problem. i took the same to NokiaCare, Guwahati. They assured me that my set will be replaced by the company. But strange, the replacement product was neither a fresh one nor it worked good. Then i again handover the same to Nokia Care and it continued for long 6 months and at the climax i compelled to dispose off my said 7610 set. As i have a good faith and believe over Nokia, i again brought a new N72 model on August without thinking other company's product. But its really horrible, again i have come across for the same problem. This time i have handover the set to Nokia Care Center, HCL Infosystems ltd., Guwahati and said care center has informed me that my set will be replaced as it cannot be repaired. So, my query is that whether the Company will replace my handset with a new and fresh seal cover pack with different IMEI No. with my existing limited warranty by following the Company's Limited Warranty Agreement? I donot want to suffer again as i have already sufferred in case of my 7610 set and further this time i will never allow my hardest money to spoil in the air. Further not least, if your esteemed company replace my set with a new and fresh seal pack cover set, i will remain mum and always be faithful but else i have already made up my mind this time and will not hesitate being an Advocate to move to consumer forum but i wanted to bring this issue to the notice of some Senior executive of Nokia first.
