About Defaulted head phone

I have purchased new NOKIA N-72 in OCt and the head phone of same mobile have been submitted to nokia care on 19 th feb and till dateI could n't get it.

Is it really tough task to reparing is taking 3 weeks.

Pls see in the matter positively.
