Hanging and display problem

Sir, i have purchased nokia n72 on 13/06/07 and my imei no. is 356295012197600.this set have hanging and battery back up prob.from initial month.regarding this i have showed it to my nearest cust. cr.but thy simply formet it.but the proble again reoccurs after a week.i have showed it to them about 5-6 times.but the problem is still remaining and it has got one new problem of lining and blinking in the whole screen.the cust. care people use to say that if we'll send it to company then it'll take about a month of time.now sir plese guide me what should i do.
