Nokia N-72
My Mobile not Working Properly

Dear Sir,

With due respect I want to inform you that I bought my Nokia N-72 cell on 23rd June and till then I have faced many problems in my cell. I have submitted my cell to Nokia Care three times for various types of problems (Outgoing Voice Blocked, Data Cable not detected by PC, Hanging problem, Phone not Charging). One year has not yet passed and I ahve faced such type of problem from a costlier phone of a reputed company. Pls look into this matter and provide me a new phone as replacement.
