Sir,

This is to bring your kind notice, that i have brought a handset N72 on date. 10.06.08 (Purchase Bill Date). On 13.07.08 my handset got hanged. I mean it was not responding to the cammands or functions. I went to NOKIA CARE, VAPI, VALSAD (DIS), GUJARAT STATE. They were not in a possition to clear the problem. So on 15.07.08, I submit my hand set at the above office and informed me to get in collected after 25 days, to my shock. Sir Not even one month with it. My Job Sheet No. 290434038/080715/1 & complaint No. 2-36YL N.9.

I have spent Rs. 7650/- for the same. Sir, can u please look into the matter and please replace another hand set for the same. It was a drean come true for me to purchase the same. Now it has become a headach.
