Manufacture diffect in new set n72

Sir,

I buyed nokia n72 in past 2 to 3 months but i have gon 3 times to nokia care for software change in my mobile but now this time my phones is dead when i went to nokia care they tell me that your phone has manuphare difect your phone have to send to head office in nodia fore repair u wait for 1 month this is not the way to sourt out this problem . i want replasement of that set.
