Not woking even 3 months after buying

Hi,

I bought a phone (nokia N-72) in hyderabad, 2 months afetr buying its not working.

problem is its automatically swithed off, when try to swithed not its not working.

i contact your Nokia care people in hyderabd (kukatpally branch),

they take up the phone and after 2 weeks they gave me back, after taking back to home its agin the same probelm.

its look like your products not that much of good, and also your care center people service is TOO Bad.

Please tel me the solution.
