Nokia care not repair phnoe

Ur nokia care can not repair my phnoe when i go to nokia care he tell me it Main IC (CPU IC) Problem. This can not repair when ur phnoe in warrient preiod we repair it but now we can not repair when ur not repair ur nokia phnoe why u open nokia care.
Wht i do plz tell me. When u repair warrient Phone u Should able to repair all phone.
Plz solve my problem.
