Unjust service from nokia care

I gave my phone (nokia n72) for repairing, which was in guarantee period at that time on July 4.

They said that it will take 2 days to get it done, but even after a month the problem (my Phone cannot charge my battery) is still there. Now they claim that phone has a physical damage, and i am pretty sure that i cared my phone properly.

Whenever I went to get my phone back they said it will take only 2 days more. I never got a word from their

side, every time I had to check the status of the repair.

Please pay due attention to my complaint.
