Nokia -N72 Mobile
NOT GETTING BACK MY PHONE AFTER REPAIRING

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I've purchased a NOKIA (N72) phone from Vardhaman Communication 1/426 MIG Suhag nagar, Firozabad. After sometime it started creating display problem. I gave the phone set to M/S VARDHMAN COMMINICATION FIRAZABAD (Jobsheet no-238 dated-07/11). The person at the counter told me to get the set back on 15/11.BUT till date I could not get back my set. Many a times I visited the shop but could not get the satisfactory answer. Every time the person at the shop gives me a new date to collect the phone. In addition the person at the shop misbehaved with me saying that he will not give me my phone whatever I do.

You are requested to provide my phone to me get repaired as I am suffring from great financial loss as well as mental torture. If I don't get my phone get repaired within one week since now I will be forced to take legal action against you and sole responsibility will be yours.
