Dear All,
Pls provide me justice for my complain against NOKIA & it customer care in Lucknow - INFOCARE as from past one year i've submitted my mobile to their service center due to xyz reasons now in month of JAN they said some body tempered from INSIDE my mobile after my argue they take that this fault may be from their side. Today on 20 apr 09 they said that set is not repairable..Pls provide me correct way to have my compensation from NoKIA and found below the mail communication done with them...

IT IS NOW 4TH TIME THAT I FACE A PROBLEM & SUBMITTED SET TO UR NOKIA CARE.
This is as per my knowledge also that the below said things are not covered under warranty if the fault from cutomer side but it is found as per local technician that my lcd had changed/tempered after my query it is found that last time when i submitted my phone to your NOKIA CARE on 22 NOV at that time the set went to their HO for repairing on L3 level defect under warranty that JOBSHEET no. is missing from my side & set return to mr after one month after repairing.. Every time i'd submitted my phone to NOKIA CARE AT SAME LOCATIon.

Pls do something as i've 4 handset of Nokia & I think nokia cares best their customers. As per my Knowledge the sadi error occur on the behalf of ur customer care. Also i'll not entertain any out of warranty cost as by warranty just past away on 7 th JAN.
Kindly look in to matter..
