I have complained for the above subject at the nearest Nokia Care at Telesystems, 25, district center, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar on dated 05.10.2009 and my Job Sheet No. is: 636504886/091005/36 within my warranty period. But, after long gap of one month, I have been provided a another set of Nokia product (5800 musicexpress) having IMEI NO. 354182022843492 without user's mannual and headphone. It apperars to be a 2nd hand set (used set).

Please, give suggetion to get a new replacement..
