I had a problem with aNokia n72 set which is under warranty, the set was submitted to nokia care on 11th August, after several visits and followups they have promised to replace my set with a new one as they are unable to repair the set, today (12/09) they didn't gave me a set which I ddn, t found till now I want asked you why didn't they return my set

This is a clear case of mal-business practice and cheating I request Nokia to give me my new set back
