Technical complain

I have purchased a Nokia N73-1 Mobile Phone form Roorkee product code is 0543843 in September.

Since purchasing it is giving a trouble in use, it has been submitted 06 times in nokia customer care Tunni telecom in civil line roorkee, 03 times for various problems and last three times for repeat job (data cable and hands free kit is not connecting with the set).

Till now it is under customer care unit, when i search the status of my set on namscareonline.com site it shows match not found, Please help me to resolve my problem, and suggest what should i do.
