PROBLAM WITH NEW NOKIA PHONE

Dear Nokia Care,
I am sachin singh customer of nokia mobile, I was purchased new NOKIA N73-1 (MUSIC) Mobile phone dated 08-04-08 from Mobile store.
But that time I don't know I am purchasing a phone or lots of problems.
From day first to till now I am facing lots of problems with my NOKIA N73-1 and I am visited 2-3 TIMES in your nokia care center but no body taking responsibility for my problem & I was wasted my 4-5 hours but no solution I got there.
I am really surprised with nokia care and there staff. Seriously I got very bad experience with NOKIA services. Where is my fault dear, I was purchased your phone or I was not given total cost of the instrument to you?
I know it is the electronic item and problems part of them but nokia care having a solution for the same, but they are taking so many times to resolved the problem.
In between customer facing lots of problems in there business.
Mobil phone is lifelines for every one; please try to understand the problem and
Kindly revert with useful solution.
