Phone Memory full

1.it is showing a warning like "PHONE MEMORY FULL, DELETE SOME DATA"

i usually donyt feed my phone memory but the 44MB of phone memory is getting full..

this leads to not recieve any single text message even..i went for NOKIA CARE but they did only the reinstalltion of s/w.. but the same thing is happening repeatedly..

this problem is not for only me, my pals are also getting the same...

2. the device is tooo.. slow, how to fasten it up...
