Frustated with N73

My Nokia hand set N73 becomes too much irritating things to me. I'd bought this hand set on May. Within 3days my new mobile was hanged and one of the Nokia care in Kolkata said that the memory card has to be formatted. But till now (from May) I don't get back my memory card from that Nokia Care. Nowadays, I feel that my mobile N73 gets hot automatically even when I don't talk.

Its very frustrating for me. Can you give me any remedy of this disgusting situation?
