Very very Bad Service

I bought this nokia n73 . It was not Powering on.. This time handset was sent for repair on 18/11 and I not got it back till today I went to Mobile clinic jalandhar service station on 18/11/08, till date I have written so many mails and the nos. written on jobsheet are not picked up by your staff. on sending SMS it is replied that it is under repair. I am really fed up, either refund my money or I will be forcedto drag you to consumer court, for settlement of my grievances. jobsheet no. 344434038/081118/13 Dated 18-11
