Nokia N73
REAR COVER LOOSE

I have purchased a NOKIA N73 set from your company showroom, CHAWLA BROTHERS, sector 22, Chandigarh on 5th january. Upon reaching home i noticed that the rear body cover is loose and does not fit properly. I showed the same on the very next day to the said office, but they were harsh and did not listen to my concern. I had requested them to replace the bodycover, as it seems it has been replaced by some of other set, but they flatly refused to do so.

I request you to please help me in this case or else i have to use some other options, e.g. consumer court.
